Our Process
Raw Materials
Coconut husk is a by-product of the coconut industry. It has significant value addition, which includes its use as a raw material for coconut fiber, cocopeat and coco chips.
The starting point of the industry is the process of dehusking after harvesting of the mature coconut plant. Coconut fiber is extracted from these husks surrounding the coconut.
Crushing and Separating Process
Coconut husks can be easily extracted to separate the coconut fiber and coco peat by using a a mobile separator. The machine has beating blades, a combing device, and a filtering system.
It will split the coco peat and coconut fiber from the coconut husks, which are then screened by a filter to separate each output into different collecting bins. In this process, the machine combs the husk; fiber will not be damaged. So we will get long and high-quality fiber from this system.
Drying Process
Drying coconut fiber is a simple process. The coconut fiber is placed under the sun. The drying process must be performed in any open space where there is enough sunlight.
Packaging
The processing of coco fiber is done by using press machines. The press machines are hydraulically operated, and they compress the loose fine coconut fiber into bales of mounted sizes and weights.
Fiber baling presses are available in standard sizes, or we can create customized fiber baling presses as per your needs and specifications.
